03N5819 is IBM's 1.9 GHz DDR2 CUoD processor card, 0-2-core, low voltage, with CCIN 29AB. The POWER5 system parts table lists it for the 9117-570, gives 03N4514 as the non-RoHS alternate, and assigns failing function codes 282, 2C4 and 308.
Without the low-voltage label, IBM lists the 1.9 GHz DDR2 CUoD card as 03N5820 (CCIN 26DA), which the 570 memory topic maps to feature 7833. Two further 1.9 GHz DDR2 CUoD numbers, 42R5232 and 10N8011, are described as feature code 7782. CCIN 29AB does not appear in the topic's feature table.
IBM supports DDR2 memory on the 1.9 GHz cards with features 7833 and 7782 and on the 2.2 GHz card with feature 8338. A 9117-570 must run a single memory technology, so DDR1 and DDR2 DIMMs cannot be combined in one system.
IBM states that memory features 4498 (32 GB DDR2) and 4499 (16 GB DDR2) can only be used with the 2.2 GHz processor card, feature 8338. On every card, memory is fitted as quads in 8 DIMM slots, with a minimum of 4 DIMMs and 2 GB.
The standard 1.9 GHz DDR2 card 03N5820 and the 2 GB DDR2 DIMM 16R1530 are on our IBM POWER5 parts hub. Check the old card's CCIN before ordering, since 29AB marks the low-voltage version and 26DA the standard one.
