60H2387 is the 1.65 GHz processor card, 0-16-core MCM kit, with CCIN 52A4 in IBM's POWER5 system parts table. IBM lists it for the 9119-590, 9119-595 and 9406-595; 60H2387 is RoHS compliant and 12R7074 is the non-RoHS alternate.
The same table lists other MCM kits for these systems: 60H2388 at 1.9 GHz (9119-595), 60H2598 at 2.1 GHz (CCIN 53BD, 9119-590 and 9119-595) and 60H2602 at 2.3 GHz (CCIN 53BE, 9119-595).
Processor books for these servers are also listed, including 60H2322, an 8-16 CUoD processor book at 1.65 GHz with 36 MB L3, 16 memory slots and 8 GX slots. IBM notes that the lift tool 09P2481 is required for processor book handling.
In IBM's 590 and 595 memory plugging order, memory card positions are assigned to MCM 0 and MCM 1 within each node.
