41V1955 is IBM's 0-4 GB DDR2 memory DIMM with CUoD (Capacity Upgrade on Demand), 533 MHz. The POWER5 system parts table lists it for the 9119-590 and 9119-595, as a RoHS-compliant part with no CCIN and no alternate number given.
The same table has a separate 0-4 GB DDR2 CUoD entry, 41V2093 with CCIN 316A, listed for the 9119-590, 9119-595 and 9406-595. The two numbers are listed as different parts.
IBM's plugging rules for the 590 and 595 state that memory within a node must be the same size and type, that DDR1 and DDR2 cannot be mixed in a node, and that memory cards are plugged in pairs with a minimum of two pairs per node.
Within a node, IBM's plugging order starts with memory card positions Px-C2 and Px-C4 on MCM 0, then Px-C10 and Px-C12 on MCM 1.
The CCIN 316A part 41V2093 and the 0-8 GB 41V2095 are also on our IBM POWER5 parts hub. Match the part number on the installed memory before ordering, since IBM lists 41V1955 and 41V2093 separately.
