03N5029 is the RoHS-compliant FRU number for the IBM 4 Gb Dual-Port Fibre Channel PCI-X 2.0 DDR adapter, features 5759 and 1910 (CCIN 5759 or 1910). The non-RoHS FRU is 03N5020, and the POWER5 system parts table gives failing function code 2602.
IBM describes a 64-bit, short form factor PCI-X card with LC fiber connectors that auto-negotiates 1, 2 or 4 Gbps. On 50/125 micron fiber it supports 500 m at 1 Gbps, 300 m at 2 Gbps and 150 m at 4 Gbps; on 62.5/125 fiber the limits are 300 m, 150 m and 70 m. Long-wave IBM switches allow up to 10 km.
It supports PCI-X 2.0a, PCI 3.0, PCI-X Mode 2 at 266 MHz, Mode 1 at 133 MHz and PCI at 66 MHz, and needs one 3.3 V PCI or PCI-X slot. The wrap plug FRU is 11P3847. Minimum levels are AIX 5L 5.2 with 5200-08, AIX 5L 5.3 with 5300-04, RHEL 4 U2 and SLES 9 SP3.

Fit check: IBM lists a 1-port version under FRU 03N5014. For a 2 Gb fabric the 03N7069 (feature 5716) is the earlier card, and 80P6416 is the older PCI 64-bit FC adapter. See our IBM POWER5 parts hub.
