NetApp X374A 960GB Drive (X374_TPM5V960ATE)

X374A is a 960GB NetApp drive for ONTAP from the Kioxia PM5 family, identified by model ID X374_TPM5V960ATE. NetApp names four 960GB PM5 parts in its firmware notice: X371A, X374A, X379A and X386A, each carrying its own model ID prefix with the shared TPM5V960ATE suffix. All four take firmware NA56, while the 800GB PM5 parts in the same notice take NA06. The firmware is a maintenance release for the PM5, and NetApp lists its two changes as a wear leveling fix and power loss protection that stops 04-44-DC appearing at power on. Unlike the 800GB group, none of the 960GB part numbers share a model ID with another part. At 3.8TB the notice splits the PM5 parts across both firmware lines: X356A-R6 and X363A-R6 on NA06, and X357A, X358A and X364A on NA56. Fit check: X374_TPM5V960ATE in the drive's ONTAP model field confirms X374A; X371_, X379_ or X386_ would mean a sibling part.

NetApp names this alongside X371A and X379A in its 960GB PM5 notice; see Solid State Drives (NetApp).
