STACK-T1-3M Cisco 3 m Type 1 StackWise Cable, Catalyst 9300

STACK-T1-3M is Cisco's 3-metre Type 1 stacking cable; the ordering guide lists it as "3M type 1 stacking cable". It is the longest of three Type 1 lengths, alongside STACK-T1-50CM and STACK-T1-1M.

Which switches it fits: Type 1 cables are for the modular-uplink Catalyst 9300 models, the C9300 (StackWise-480, 480 Gbps) and C9300X (StackWise-1T, 1 Tbps) switches. Cisco's install guide lists the 0.5, 1 and 3 metre StackWise-480/1T cables, and supplies the 0.5 metre cable if no length is specified, so the 3 m cable is the longest Type 1 length, for members that are farther apart.

It does not fit the fixed-uplink 9300L and 9300LM switches. Those use StackWise-320 through a stacking kit with Type 3 or Type 3A cables (C9300L-STACK-KIT2 with STACK-T3A cables today).

Stack rules to check before ordering: up to 8 switches per stack; C9300 and C9300X switches can be mixed, at 480 Gbps; the higher-scale C9300-24UB, -48UB and -24UXB stack only with each other. StackWise cables are separate from StackPower cables (CAB-SPWR-30CM and CAB-SPWR-150CM), which share power rather than data.

The spare version is ordered as STACK-T1-3M=. Cisco's 9300 EoL listing has no notice for the Type 1 cables, and STACK-T1-3M is in the current ordering guide.
