733646-425 is an HPE ProLiant DL380p Gen8 server that HPE PartSurfer lists as the "ProLiant DL380p Gen8 E5-2620v2 1P 16GB-R P420i/1GB FBWC 750W PS server". It has one processor, 16GB of registered memory, a Smart Array P420i controller with 1GB flash-backed write cache and a 750W supply.
HPE QuickSpecs rate the Xeon E5-2620 v2 at 2.1GHz with 6 cores, 15MB cache, 7.2GT/s QPI and 80W, with DDR3-1600 support. PartSurfer lists the processor spare as 730241-001.
The P420i/1GB FBWC supports RAID 0, 1, 1+0, 5, 5+0, 6 and 6+0. The 2U chassis has 24 DIMM slots and takes up to 768GB of memory, and the primary riser carries two PCIe 3.0 slots and one PCIe 2.0 slot.
