Looking for the HPE 3PAR 8440 Data Encryption LTU? The HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000 Storage QuickSpecs lists it as L7C15A, and it is the 8440 Data Encryption license to use.
HPE requires one Data Encryption license per encrypted array, and the local key manager is included in the HPE 3PAR OS. Once encryption is enabled it cannot be disabled.
