In the HPE 3PAR StoreServ 8000 Storage QuickSpecs, L7C39A identifies the HPE 3PAR 8450 Data Encryption LTU; it is the Data Encryption license listed for the 8450 model.
HPE requires one Data Encryption license per encrypted array, and the local key manager is included in the HPE 3PAR OS. Once encryption is enabled it cannot be disabled.
