Memory is organized with four memory channels per CPU, with up to three DIMMs per channel (DPC).
The B200 M4 server supports four different memory reliability, availability, and serviceability modes: Independent Channel Mode, Mirrored Channel Mode, Lockstep Channel Mode.
Do not mix RDIMMs, LRDIMMs, TSV-RDIMMs and do not mix 64GB DDR4-2133-MHz TSV-RDIMMs with any other DIMMs.
However, single-rank DIMMs can be mixed with dual-rank DIMMs in the same channel.
For best performance when single or dual rank DIMMs are populated for 2DPC or 3DPC, always populate the higher number rank DIMM first (starting from the slot farthest from the CPU).
DIMMs for CPU 1 and CPU 2 must be configured identically.
