This Dell Model LT0200MO with PN 2XR0K had unexpected failures at 40,000 power-on hours. A failed drive due to this firmware issue will result in the drive report of 0 GB of available storage, drive will go offline and become unusable after a power cycle in a format corrupted state.
The Fix: Dell EMC recommends upgrading to firmware D417 (or newer) to address this failure.
