The X319A-R6 is NetApp's 7.6TB solid-state drive for ONTAP systems. NetApp lists model IDs X319_TPM5V7T6ATE (Kioxia PM5) and S1643, S164A, S1653, SLBP and KPM7 builds; the KPM7 advisory describes these as solid-state drives.
NetApp's public firmware advisories give the current release for each model ID. X319_KPM7V7T6ATE: the KPM7 solid-state drive release (shorter startup delays; recovery from a stuck low-performance mode) to NA51. X319_S16437T6ATE: the S1643 release (better recovery from 04/3E/01 check conditions) to NA56. X319_S164A7T6ATE: the S164A release (better recovery from 04/3E/01 check conditions) to NA55. X319_S16537T6ATE: the S1653 release (prevents failures after low-workload power loss, seen as 3/31/00) to NA51; a later S1653 stability release to NA52. X319_SLBPE7T6ATE: the SLBP reliability release to NA52. X319_TPM5V7T6ATE: the Kioxia PM5 maintenance release (wear-leveling fix and a power-loss-protection fix for 04-44-DC errors at power-on) to NA56.
Capacity siblings in the same tables are 960GB (X371), 3.8TB (X357, X358), 15.3TB (X670) and 30TB (X359). The public tables list the part as X319 or X319A.
To confirm a match, read the model ID in storage disk show or sysconfig -a, compare it with the part number on the drive label, and keep the Disk Qualification Package current so ONTAP recognises newly qualified drives; NetApp KBs show replacement drives reporting Failed-Unsupported when the system does not support that model ID.
