Lenovo lists 4XB7B07614 (feature code CABQ) as the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch VA 3.2TB Mixed Use SAS 24Gb hot-swap SSD. It belongs to the Vendor Agnostic mixed-use 24Gb SAS range, which Lenovo rates at 3 drive writes per day and supplies with SED encryption as standard on every capacity.
On a 24 Gb/s single-port link the 3.2TB drive is rated for 380,000 random read IOPS and 270,000 random write IOPS at 4 KB, 1,900 MBps sequential read and 1,800 MBps sequential write, with random read latency of 120 microseconds and random write latency of 45. On a 12 Gb/s single-port link the figures are 216,000 read IOPS, 189,000 write IOPS and 990 MBps in each direction.
