00AG520 is the Intel I350-T4 4xGbE BaseT Adapter for System x, feature code A56M. Lenovo's Configuration and Options Guide pairs it with SBB number 00AG523.
It is a four-port Gigabit Ethernet card with RJ-45 connectors on a PCIe 2.0 x4 host interface. The I350 guide gives 5.9 W typical power dissipation for the I350-T4 PCIe adapter.
The box holds the adapter with a full-height (3U, 4.75-inch) bracket, a separate low-profile (2U) bracket and documentation. Features listed in the guide include jumbo frames up to 9,500 bytes, IEEE 1588 and 802.1AS time synchronisation, and SR-IOV for virtualized servers.
Lenovo's Configuration and Options Guide lists it for the x3100 M5, x3250 M5, x3250 M6 (3633 and 3943), x3500 M5, x3550 M5 (5463 and 8869), x3650 M5 (5462 and 8871) and x3750 M4 (8753). The I350 guide's operating system tables also name M4 servers such as the x3550 M4, x3630 M4 and x3650 M4 HD.
Fit check: a half-length PCIe slot in a listed server, with the bracket height matched to the slot. Smaller I350 options are 00AG510 (two ports) and 00AG500 (one fiber port), and the ML2 version is 00D1998.
