HPE PartSurfer names option 636623-B21 the HPE 200GB 3G SATA MLC SFF Quick-Release Enterprise Mainstream Solid State Drive. HPE's spare is 637067-001: 200GB, 3Gb/s transfer rate, 2.5-inch small form factor (SFF), quick-release (QR) carrier, multi-level cell (MLC) flash, midline.
The spare record calls the drive a "SAS SSD", but the option name and the product HPE lists for the spare, the HP 200GB 3G SATA 2.5in QR MDL SSD, both say SATA, which is the interface given here.
In the same 3Gb/s SATA MLC quick-release line, HPE sells 100GB as 636621-B21 (spare 637066-001) and 400GB as 636625-B21 (spare 637068-001). Before ordering, match 636623-B21 or 637067-001 on the existing drive label and check that the server takes 2.5-inch quick-release carriers; more drives are on the HPE server SSD hub.
