The EVA8400 is an enterprise class virtual storage array system designed for data centers looking for scalability and excellent storage utilization.
The EVA8400 uses the 12 bay M6412A disk enclosure and the same Fibre Channel disks as its EVA4400 and EVA6400 siblings.
Drive options include: SSD, 10k, 15k and FATA HDD support.

The EVA 8400 was originally destined for Mid-sized to Enterprise level usage.
However, with prices heading downward it has become more accessible for smaller businesses.
