01PE064 is a Lenovo spare number for a 3.84TB solid-state drive with a SATA 6 Gbps interface, part of the Entry class of the 5100 family and shaped as a 2.5-inch hot-swap unit. Lenovo's option 4XB7A08505 (feature code B10R) corresponds to it. As with the other Entry drives, Lenovo describes it as a version of the Micron 5100 ECO.
Endurance at 3.84 TB is 0.9 DWPD, written by Lenovo as 6400 TB of total bytes written. Four-kilobyte random reads are rated at 93,000 IOPS and random writes at 18,000 IOPS. Large 128 KB sequential reads proceed at 540 MBps, large sequential writes at 520 MBps, and latency is 500 µs for each.
The drive draws a typical 6 W, has an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours and a read error rate below 1 in 10^17 bits. Its triple-level cell 3D NAND has no moving parts, and S.M.A.R.T. support plus AES 256-bit encryption come with it. Storage temperature may range from -40 to 85°C.
