636601-B21 is the HPE 200GB 3G SATA MLC SFF (2.5-inch) NHP Enterprise Mainstream solid state drive. PartSurfer lists a single spare, 637074-001, described as a 200GB non-hot-pluggable SSD with a SATA interface, 3Gb/s transfer rate, multi-level cell (MLC) flash and a 2.5-inch form factor.
HPE's naming of the endurance class is not uniform. The option name says Enterprise Mainstream, while the drive record under spare 637074-001 reads "HP 200GB 3G SATA 2.5in NHP Midline (MDL) State Drive (SSD)"; a second record names it "ZHP 200GB 3G SATA MLC 2.5in NHP EM SSD". The where-used list holds three records and names no server models.
The 100GB option with the same HPE name pattern is 636599-B21 with spare 637073-001. Both options use non-hot-plug carriers and a 3Gb/s SATA link, and PartSurfer lists one spare for each.
Fit check: this is a non-hot-plug 2.5-inch SATA drive at 3Gb/s, so the server bay must take an NHP drive. 636599-B21 is the 100GB option with the same naming, 572075-B21 the 60GB midline drive, and 694061-B21 a 160GB non-hot-plug MLC drive.
