IE-3010-24TC is a Cisco Industrial Ethernet 3010 switch with 24 10/100BASE-TX RJ-45 ports and two dual-purpose Gigabit uplinks. Each uplink pairs a 10/100/1000BASE-T copper port with a 100/1000 SFP slot, and one port per uplink is active, so the uplinks can be two fiber, two copper or one of each.
The series switches at wire speed over an 8 Gbps fabric and forwards 6.5 Mpps of 64-byte packets, with jumbo frames up to 9018 bytes on Gigabit ports and 1998 bytes on Fast Ethernet ports. The switch has 256 MB of DDR2 SDRAM and 1 GB of SD flash with 128 MB enabled; the removable SD flash allows quick switch replacement. The LAN Base image supports 255 VLANs and 2000 MAC addresses, and the IP Services image supports 1000 VLANs, 3000 MAC addresses and 3000 unicast routes.
Resilient Ethernet Protocol, FlexLinks, Link State Tracking, EtherChannel with LACP, IEEE 802.1x, port security, SSH, HTTPS and SNMPv3 are supported, and the Layer 3 image adds OSPF, EIGRP, BGPv4 and PIM.
Power comes from modular supplies: PWR-RGD-LOW-DC/IA for 24 to 60 VDC and PWR-RGD-AC-DC/IA for 100 to 240 VAC or 100 to 250 VDC, with redundant versions PWR-RGD-LOW-DC/IAR and PWR-RGD-AC-DC/IAR. The 1RU chassis measures 1.75 x 17.5 x 14.0 in (4.45 x 44.5 x 35.6 cm), weighs 9.1 lb (4.1 kg) without a supply, and mounts in a 19-inch rack (spare kit RM-RGD-19IN=) or on a wall.
