The X3320A is NetApp's mSATA boot device, the boot media that holds the ONTAP image inside the controller. NetApp's KB on boot-device read and write failures lists it by part number for a wide range of controllers.
Those controllers are the AFF A200, FAS2620 and FAS2650; the AFF A220, AFF C190, FAS2720 and FAS2750; the AFF A150 and ASA A150; the AFF A300 and FAS8200; the AFF A700 and FAS9000; and the AFF A900 and FAS9500.
The KB describes nodes that hit a system disruption, or fail to boot ONTAP, after being temporarily unable to read or write the boot device.
Replacement follows each platform's own boot media procedure in NetApp's docs, such as the FAS8200 boot media overview, and the steps differ by system, so read the page for your model before starting.
To confirm fit, check that your controller is one of the listed platforms, compare the part number on the installed device, and follow the boot media replacement page for your model.
