The X65404 is NetApp's 25GBASE-SR SFP28 optical transceiver. NetApp's KB gives its manufacturer part numbers as XP-85B1-02D and XP-85B1-02D-NS, and shows it in the 25GbE ports of CX7 4-port 25GbE modules such as the X50133A and X60132A.
The KB case connects these 25GbE ports to a 100GbE port on an NVIDIA SN2100 switch in 4x25G optical breakout mode.
In that setup NetApp documents a link-state issue: when the switch port is administratively disabled, the switch shows the link down but the 25GbE breakout port on the ONTAP node does not.
For 100GbE ports, NetApp's KBs list the X65405 100G optical QSFP instead.
To confirm fit, check that the host port is SFP28 25GbE on a supported NetApp module, and match the NetApp part number and manufacturer part number on the optic label.
