The X65405 is NetApp's 100G optical QSFP transceiver. NetApp's KB shows it in an AFF C80 system on the X50130A NIC adapter, in a MetroCluster IP configuration connected to a Cisco Nexus 9336C-FX2 switch running NX-OS 10.4(4).
That KB documents a cluster port on the X50130A that repeatedly logged link down and link up, with port-register errors in the logs.
For 25GbE SFP28 ports on CX7 4-port modules, NetApp's KBs list the X65404 25GBASE-SR optic instead, so the two parts are not interchangeable: one is QSFP for 100G ports, the other SFP28 for 25G ports.
To confirm fit, check that the host port is a 100G QSFP port on a supported NetApp adapter such as the X50130A, check the switch model against NetApp's cluster or MetroCluster IP switch documentation, and match the part number on the optic label.
