Seagate enterprise 3.5-inch hard drives from the Exos X16, X18 and X20 families and the earlier Enterprise Capacity 3.5 HDD v5, all at 7200 RPM. Capacities run from 8TB (ST8000NM0055) to 20TB (ST20000NM007D). Each model number fixes one capacity and one interface: ST18000NM004J is the 18TB dual-port 12Gb/s SAS drive, while ST18000NM000J is the 18TB SATA 6Gb/s drive. These models ship in 512e format as standard. Match the interface to the server’s controller and backplane before ordering a replacement.
