The SG110-16 is a Cisco 110 Series unmanaged switch with 16 RJ-45 ports running 10/100/1000 Mbps. It is an unmanaged Layer 2 switch: switching capacity is 32 Gbps and the forwarding rate is 23.8 Mpps with 64-byte packets, and jumbo frames up to 9216 bytes are supported across the product line.
The switch is fanless and can sit on a desktop or be rack mounted. Dimensions are 11 x 6.7 x 1.73 in (279 x 170 x 44 mm) and it weighs 2.14 lb (0.97 kg). Power comes from an internal universal supply for 110 to 240 V AC at 50 to 60 Hz, and the product line supports IEEE 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet.
The SG110-16 has no PoE. Its sibling in the same size, the SG110-16HP, is the PoE version, with 8 PoE ports and 64 W dedicated to PoE under 802.3af, and it weighs 2.87 lb (1.30 kg).
