The WS-C3750G-24PS-S is a one-rack-unit stackable multilayer switch from the Cisco Catalyst 3750 Series. It has 24 Ethernet 10/100/1000 ports with IEEE 802.3af and Cisco prestandard PoE, plus 4 SFP-based Gigabit Ethernet ports. The -S version runs the IP Base software feature set, which covers advanced QoS, rate limiting, ACLs, static routing, RIP and EIGRP stub routing.
Cisco StackWise provides a 32-Gbps stacking bus, and up to nine Catalyst 3750 or 3750-E switches can be joined into one logical unit. Forwarding is 38.7 mpps, memory is 128 MB of DRAM with 32 MB of flash, and the MAC table is configurable up to 12,000 addresses.
With the maximum PoE load at full throughput the switch draws 492 W, of which 370 W is PoE power, and at 5% throughput without PoE it draws 94 W. The AC input is 100-240 VAC at 4.0-8.0 A, 50-60 Hz, and the RPS input is +12 V at 14 A.
The chassis measures 1.73 x 17.5 x 14.9 in (4.4 x 44.5 x 37.8 cm) and weighs 13.5 lb (6.1 kg). The sibling WS-C3750G-24TS-S is a non-PoE Catalyst 3750G with the same IP Base image, and the 48-port PoE model is the WS-C3750G-48PS-S.
