SRW2016-K9 is the Cisco Small Business SG 300-20, a 20-port Gigabit managed switch. Cisco's end-of-life notice for select 300 Series managed switches lists it in regional versions, SRW2016-K9-NA, -EU, -UK, -AU and -JP, each described as SG 300-20 20-port Gigabit Managed Switch. Cisco announced the end of life on April 4, 2018. The end-of-sale date was October 4, 2018, the last ship date January 2, 2019, and software maintenance releases and phone support ended October 4, 2019. The last date of support was October 31, 2023, so Cisco no longer supports this switch. For each regional version Cisco names the SG350-20 20-port Gigabit managed switch (SG350-20-K9 with the same regional suffix) as the replacement product. The suffix shows the power cord region the unit was sold for. Fit check: check the regional suffix on the label for the power cord type, and plan for no vendor firmware updates or support.
