The X376A is a NetApp 8TB disk drive listed under model IDs X376_HARHE08TA07 and X376_SCBPE08TA07, the second reported at 8.10TB in NetApp's SCBPE advisory.
NetApp's public firmware advisories give the current release for each model ID. X376_HARHE08TA07: the HARHE release (fixes a log overflow that resets the drive every 30 minutes after about 7.5 years powered on) to NA02. X376_SCBPE08TA07: the SCBPE release (fewer drive asserts, timeouts and unresponsiveness) to NA01.
The X318A and X318A-R6 are the other 8TB part numbers in the same HARHE and SCBPE tables, and the X483A is an 8TB HARHE build with a TSDB suffix. NetApp's HARHE advisory fixes a log overflow that makes the drive reset every 30 minutes once it reaches about 7 to 7.5 years of power-on hours. The SCBPE NA01 release reduces drive asserts (internal reboots) and timeouts.
To confirm a match, read the model ID in storage disk show or sysconfig -a, compare it with the part number on the drive label, and keep the Disk Qualification Package current so ONTAP recognises newly qualified drives; NetApp KBs show replacement drives reporting Failed-Unsupported when the system does not support that model ID.
