Option 4XB7A08502 (feature code B10N) is the 2.5-inch hot-swap 480GB Entry SSD from the 5100 SATA family, and Lenovo spare 01PE061 is the number that goes with it. Entry drives of this family are Lenovo versions of the Micron 5100 ECO; each combines triple-level cell 3D NAND flash with a 6 Gbps SATA connection.
The smallest Entry capacity is rated at 0.5 DWPD, or 450 TB of total bytes written. Random 4 KB reads reach 93,000 IOPS, random 4 KB writes reach 31,000 IOPS, sequential 128 KB reads run at 540 MBps and sequential 128 KB writes at 380 MBps. Both sequential latencies are 500 µs.
Typical power is 4.5 W, MTBF is 2,000,000 hours, and fewer than 1 in 10^17 bits are read in error. S.M.A.R.T. support and AES 256-bit encryption are part of the feature set, and no moving parts are involved. A powered-down drive withstands shocks up to 1,500 G lasting 0.5 ms.
Larger Entry options in the same 2.5-inch hot-swap form are 4XB7A08503 for 960GB (B10P), 4XB7A08504 for 1.92TB (B10Q) and 4XB7A08505 for 3.84TB (B10R). All three keep the 2.5-inch hot-swap format of 01PE061 and differ in capacity, endurance and write speed.
