In the 2.5-inch hot-swap format, the 240GB Mainstream drive of the 5100 SATA range is option 7SD7A05765 with feature code B10W. Lenovo spare 01GT748 is the number for this drive, which Lenovo describes as a Micron 5100 PRO version.
Lenovo rates the endurance at 3.4 drive writes per day, which is 1500 TB of total bytes written. With 4 KB blocks the drive handles 78,000 read IOPS and 26,000 write IOPS, and with 128 KB blocks it streams 540 MBps on reads and 250 MBps on writes. Sequential latency is 500 µs for both.
Flash type is triple-level cell 3D NAND and the host link is 6 Gbps SATA. The 240 GB size draws 4.5 W typically and carries a 2,000,000-hour MTBF; bit errors on reads stay below 1 in 10^17. S.M.A.R.T. reporting, AES 256-bit encryption and a moving-part-free design complete the feature set. Relative humidity of 5 to 95 percent without condensation is tolerated.
