Q2R41A is the HPE MSA 2.4TB 12G SAS 10K SFF (2.5in) Enterprise 512e Hard Drive, listed in the HPE MSA 2050 SAN Storage QuickSpecs under 12G SFF 10K SAS Enterprise HDDs.
The same list has the 600GB J9F46A, the 1.2TB J9F48A and the 1.8TB 512e J9F49A.
HPE's R0P87A MSA 14.4TB SAS 12G Enterprise 10K SFF six-pack bundle contains six Q2R41A drives.
HPE states that MSA HDDs and SSDs are for use with MSA storage systems only, and that SSD, Enterprise SAS and Midline SAS drives can be mixed in the same array and disk enclosure.
The MSA 2050 holds 24 SFF drives in its SFF array enclosure and up to 192 SFF drives with seven disk enclosures.
HPE adds that systems using SSDs and HDDs together as a capacity tier need the Advanced Data Service Suite licence, while all-SSD configurations and SSD read cache do not.
