877762-B21 is an HPE 1.92TB SATA solid-state drive in the Read Intensive class, sold for 3.5-inch (LFF) bays in a low profile carrier convertor (LPC). PartSurfer lists spare 878854-001 under it, described as a 1.92TB SSD with SATA interface, 6Gb/s transfer rate, 2.5-inch small form factor, read intensive (RI), digitally signed firmware and a low profile carrier convertor from SFF to LFF. Both are Read Intensive with signed firmware.
The low profile converter keeps the 2.5-inch drive in a thin adapter so it fits a 3.5-inch bay. Compare the tray against the drive you are replacing before treating the SCC and LPC forms as interchangeable. PartSurfer lists spare 878854-001 as used in ML350 Gen10 (LFF, SFF and SFF Rack) CTO servers. HPE puts Read Intensive on the read-driven side of its workload split: read caching, web servers, social media and boot.
