"PartSurfer names 877764-B21 the HPE 3.84TB SATA 6G Read Intensive SFF SC SE4011 SSD: a 3.84TB Read Intensive solid-state drive on a 6Gb/s SATA link, built in the 2.5-inch form factor and supplied in a hot-plug Smart Carrier. The matching service spare is 878855-001, recorded as a 3.84TB SATA SSD with a Smart Carrier and digitally signed firmware.
The BL460c Gen9 QuickSpecs lists it as the 3.84TB member of the 8777xx SATA Read Intensive run with 877740-B21 (240GB), 877746-B21 (480GB), 877752-B21 (960GB) and 877758-B21 (1.92TB). PartSurfer uses the SE4011 platform name for it.
The SSD QuickSpecs groups read caching, web servers, social media and boot under workloads that depend more on read performance. The SSD QuickSpecs says SmartSSD Wear Gauge reports lifetime remaining when Smart Array firmware 5.0+ and either ACU or ADU are running.
