P03606-B21 is a 240GB SATA mixed use SSD in 2.5-inch SFF with digitally signed firmware and the RW carrier code. Its spare is P04116-001 per PartSurfer, and HPE's SATA drive reference lists drive assembly number P03620-007 and HPE model number MK000240GWEZF.
What sets it apart from P03594-B21, the other 240GB mixed use RW option, is endurance: HPE's SSD QuickSpecs (version 19, August 2018) lists P03606-B21 at 2,200TB of lifetime writes, 5.0 drive writes per day, 510MiB/s read and 320MiB/s write, against 1,400TB and 3.0 for P03594-B21. Both are MLC and Gen10.
HPE's version 19 SSD tables class it with the Extended options rather than the Recommended set, and list average latency at Q1 of 125 microseconds for reads and 40 for writes.
Random 4KiB performance is listed at 62,000 read IOPS and 52,500 write IOPS, with maxima of 70,000 (Q32) and 52,500 (Q16). The same model number MK000240GWEZF is printed for the smart-carrier 875483-B21 (spare 875703-001). The HPE SSD drives hub lists the other capacities.
