438211-B21 is the HPE ProLiant BL25p G2 2220 2GB blade server: a BL25p Generation 2 server blade shipped with an AMD Opteron 2220 dual-core processor and 2GB of memory. PartSurfer marks it as no longer supported by HP as of Dec-31-2015.
The processor spare is 439749-001, an AMD Opteron 2220 dual-core at 2.8 GHz with 2x 1MB Level-2 cache, 1.0 GHz HyperTransport, 95 watt TDP and socket F (1207-LGA). Memory spares are 416356-001 modules: 1GB, 667MHz, PC2-5300 registered DDR2 DIMMs.
Storage runs through the Smart Array E200i; its spare 412800-001 is the 64MB battery-backed write cache (BBWC) memory board, which HPE notes does not include the backup battery. The drive side uses the SAS hard drive backplane board 416426-001.
Power and cooling spares listed for the blade include 419733-001, a dual DC to DC power converter module rated 450W with 48VDC input and 12VDC output that mounts in front of the power supplies, and the 416429-001 system fan assembly. The system I/O board (motherboard) is 419527-001 and the access panel 419531-001.
Fit check: a blade labelled 438211-B21 and spares that match the numbers above; PartSurfer gives no successor or alternate for the complete blade.
