Four numbers identify this drive: spare 01GT757, option 7SD7A05756, feature code B115 and the name ThinkSystem 3.5-inch 5100 3.84TB Mainstream SATA 6Gb hot-swap SSD. At 3.84 TB it is the Lenovo version of the Micron 5100 PRO.
The flash is triple-level cell 3D NAND, attached through a 6 Gbps SATA interface. AES 256-bit encryption support, S.M.A.R.T. support and an absence of moving parts complete the feature set. Rated endurance is 2.5 DWPD over 5 years, which works out to 17,600 TB of total bytes written.
Small 4 KB blocks produce 93,000 read IOPS but only 30,000 write IOPS. Over 128 KB blocks, sequential reads are rated 540 MBps and sequential writes 520 MBps, and both have a latency of 500 µs. Typical power is 6 W, MTBF is 2,000,000 hours and the read error rate is under 1 in 10^17 bits.
