4P57A72671 is the ThinkSystem 1100W 230V/115V Platinum Hot-Swap Gen2 Power Supply v3, Lenovo feature code BNFH. It is an 80 PLUS Platinum AC supply with a C13 power inlet, and because it takes both 110 V and 220 V input it can run from either a 100 to 127 V or a 200 to 240 V circuit; 240 V DC is also supported in China only. Servers take up to two, and both supplies in a server must be identical.
Maximum inlet current is 12 A at 100 V AC, 6 A at 200 V AC, 5.4 A at 220 V AC and 5.1 A at 240 V DC. The same family has a 750W version, 4P57A72670, at the Platinum level, while the Titanium supplies are 230 V only.
Lenovo supports 4P57A72671 in the ThinkSystem SR630 V3, SR635 V3, SR645 V3, SR650 V3, SR655 V3, SR665 V3, SR850 V3, SR860 V3 and ST650 V3. The 1100W Platinum unit that the ST650 V2 and SR850 V2 carry is the v2 version, 4P57A75974.
