Lenovo lists 4XB7A17104 (feature code BK77) as the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch S4520 3.84TB Read Intensive SATA 6Gb HS SSD. The S4520 family uses 144-layer Intel 3D NAND TLC flash behind a 6Gbps SATA interface, and this capacity has no SED encryption.
At 3.84TB Lenovo rates endurance at 2.1 drive writes per day, which is 15.3 PB written, with an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours and data reliability better than 1 unrecoverable bit error in 10^17 bits read.
Lenovo's figures for this capacity are 92,000 random read IOPS and 31,000 random write IOPS at 4 KB, with sequential reads of 550 MBps and sequential writes of 510 MBps at 128 KB. Sequential latency is 37 microseconds for reads and 40 for writes, and random latency is 104 and 57 microseconds. Typical active-write power is 3.5 W.
