Lenovo lists 4XB7A95056 (feature code C2BW) as the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch U.3 7500 MAX 3.2TB Mixed Use NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 hot-swap SSD, supplier model MTFDKCC3T2TGQ-1BK1DABYY. The 7500 MAX is based on the Micron 7500 MAX family and uses Micron 232-layer 3D TLC NAND.
Each drive has a direct PCIe 4.0 x4 connection, which Lenovo puts at up to 8 GBps. Self-encryption follows TCG Opal 2.01, and the drive carries power-loss protection, end-to-end data protection and adaptive thermal monitoring.
At 3.2TB Lenovo rates endurance at 3.0 drive writes per day over 5 years, which is 17,520 TB written, with an MTBF of 2,000,000 hours.
Lenovo's figures for this capacity are 1,100,000 random read IOPS and 390,000 random write IOPS at 4 KB, 6800 MBps sequential reads and 5300 MBps sequential writes at 128 KB. Random latency is 70 microseconds for reads and 15 for writes, and typical power is 12.8 W reading and 15.5 W writing.
The 7500 MAX family also has 4XB7A95054 (800GB, C2BG), 4XB7A95055 (1.6TB, C2BV), 4XB7A95057 (6.4TB, C2BF) and 4XB7A95058 (12.8TB, C2BX).
Related options sit in the Lenovo SSD category, such as the Lenovo ThinkSystem 2.5-inch U.3 7450 MAX 800GB mixed use NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD.
