4XG7A93055 (feature code BYVX) is the Intel Xeon Gold 6526Y processor option kit for the ThinkSystem ST650 V3, supplied without a fan. It is a 5th Gen Intel Xeon Scalable processor with 16 cores and 32 threads, a 2.8 GHz base clock with turbo up to 3.9 GHz, and a 195 W TDP.
The 6526Y uses the MCC die and carries 37.5 MB of L3 cache. It runs memory at up to 5200 MHz and has 3 UPI 2.0 links at 20 GT/s and 80 PCIe lanes. Its accelerators are one DSA engine, with no QAT, DLB or IAA, and the SGX enclave size is 128GB. The 37.5 MB L3 cache is above the 1.875 MB per core baseline of the 5th Gen range.
The ST650 V3 takes up to two of these option kits. Other 5th Gen Gold kits for the same server include 4XG7A93051 (5515+, 8 cores), 4XG7A93044 (5520+, 28 cores) and 4XG7A93053 (6534, 8 cores at 3.9 GHz).
