756663-B21 is a 480GB SATA solid state drive in the 2.5-inch small form factor. PartSurfer maps the option to spare 757373-001 and describes it as quick release (QR), value endurance (VE) and power loss protection (PLP), supporting select Gen9, Gen8 and Gen7 systems.
The three features in the name each answer a buyer question. QR is the tray, VE is the write class, PLP is whether cached writes survive power loss.
The word select in HPE's support text is the thing to respect. Gen9, Gen8 and Gen7 are named, but not every model in those generations; a ProLiant that accepts only SmartDrive trays will not take this drive even if it is a Gen8.
How to confirm: take the printed spare number from the drive you are replacing. If it reads 757373-001, this is the matching option. If it reads another spare, find that spare's option in PartSurfer before ordering.
The 120GB and 1.6TB quick-release PLP drives are the 120GB 756627-B21 and the 1.6TB 757345-B21. The non-quick-release 480GB version is the 756666-B21; more drives in HPE SSD drives.
