C9300-24UB-E pairs 24 Cisco UPOE copper ports with the Network Essentials licence in Cisco's higher-scale 9300 build, which carries a 32 MB packet buffer.
Forwarding is 154.76 Mpps on 208 Gbps of switching capacity, and 688 Gbps once stacked. Cisco offers the higher-scale models for deeper buffers and higher scale.
One PWR-C1-1100WAC-P is fitted as standard, for 830 W of PoE. Adding a 350 W supply gives 1,180 W; any larger second supply gives 1,440 W, the most that 24 UPOE ports can use according to Cisco.
Cisco limits stacking for the higher-scale SKUs: a 24UB joins only 24UB, 24UXB or 48UB members, over StackWise-480, and the members need the same licence level. The modular slot takes any of the C9300-NM-4G, -4M, -8X, -2Q and -2Y modules.
C9300-24UB-A is this switch with Network Advantage. For 48 ports in the same stack family, look at C9300-48UB-E. The full Catalyst line-up is on our Cisco Catalyst hub.
