CP-8811-K9 is the Cisco IP Phone 8811 in charcoal, with a black bezel included. Cisco lists the spare as CP-8811-K9=, the white version as CP-8811-W-K9=, and a silver bezel, sold separately, as CP-8800-S-BEZEL=.
The display is a 5 in. backlit grayscale widescreen at 800 x 480, with five programmable line keys. A built-in two-port Cisco Ethernet switch provides 10/100/1000BASE-T through RJ-45 for the phone and a co-located PC.
Power is IEEE PoE class 2, compatible with 802.3af and 802.3at, and the rated power input is 0.917 A at 48 V DC. The handset and analog headset ports are wideband-capable RJ-9 ports, the handset is hearing-aid compatible, and the coiled cord is about 21 in. (55 cm) coiled and up to 72 in. (183 cm) extended. The speakerphone is full duplex.
Supported codecs include G.711 (A-law and mu-law), G.722, G.722.2, G.729ab, iLBC, iSAC and OPUS. The phone measures 9.02 x 10.13 x 1.57 in. (229.1 x 257.34 x 40 mm) without the foot stand and weighs 2.58 lb (1.17 kg) with the handset. Operating temperature is 32 to 104 F (0 to 40 C).
