CP-8865-3PCC-K9 is the Cisco IP Video Phone 8865 shipped with multiplatform phone firmware, which Cisco lists as CP-8865-3PCC-K9=. It is rated for 10 SIP line registrations and has an H.264 high-definition 720p video camera.
The display is 5 in. at 800 x 480, a widescreen VGA backlit colour screen, with five programmable line keys. Up to three key expansion modules take it to 113 line buttons; for the 8865 the video expansion module is CP-8800-V-KEM-3PC, which needs multiplatform firmware 11.2.3 or later.
A built-in two-port Ethernet switch gives 10/100/1000BASE-T through RJ-45. PoE is IEEE class 4, compatible with 802.3af, 802.3at and UPOE, and an optional Power Cube 4 (48 V) serves non-PoE installs. Cisco rates the power input at 1.042 A, 48 V DC. Wireless is 802.11a/b/g/n/ac on 2.4 and 5 GHz, and Bluetooth is 4.1 LE and EDR Class 1 with up to 66 ft (20 m) of range.
There are two USB ports: the side port supplies 500 mA at 5 V (2.5 W), and the back port supplies 500 mA, upgradable to 2.1 A (10.5 W). The phone measures 9.01 x 10.13 x 3.87 in (228.78 x 257.34 x 98.39 mm) without the foot stand, weighs 2.97 lb (1.35 kg) and operates at 32 to 104 F (0 to 40 C).
