Dell part X160K is a 146GB 2.5-inch 10K rpm SAS hard drive built on the Seagate ST9146803SS. Dell's PowerVault MD34XX/38XX support matrix lists it with model ST9146803SS, capacity 146GB, speed 10K, SED No and firmware FS66.
Seagate's Savvio 10K.3 data sheet lists the ST9146803SS as the standard 146GB model with a 6Gb/s SAS interface and 16MB cache.
Dell's MD3200/MD3200i support matrix also lists X160K with the same model.
