This is HPE's 16GB DDR5 registered Smart Memory kit: one single-rank x8 DIMM rated at 4800 MT/s with CAS-40-39-39 timing and EC8 error correction. PartSurfer lists the service spare as P48499-001 (16GB PC5-4800B-R, 2Gx8), and a P43322-K21 version appears in HPE's DDR5 QuickSpecs with the same description.
The DL380 Gen11 QuickSpecs memory table gives it 1.1 V operation, 16 Gb DRAM density and 2Gb depth at x8 width. HPE notes that the maximum memory speed depends on the memory type, configuration and processor model, so a 4800 MT/s DIMM can run slower in some configurations. HPE also says its Smart Memory is required to reach the memory performance listed for Gen11 servers.
HPE lists this kit among the registered memory kits for Intel-based Gen11 servers. PartSurfer shows the spare in factory DL320 Gen11, DL360 Gen11, DL380 Gen11, ML110 Gen11 and ML350 Gen11 configurations and in StoreEasy 1670 systems. It is not for AMD-based Gen11 servers, which HPE lists separately, or for DDR4 Gen10 and Gen10 Plus machines.
Larger DDR5-4800 kits in the same family are the 32GB dual rank x8 P43328-B21 and the 64GB dual rank x4 P43331-B21. Follow HPE's population rules for 4th Gen Xeon Scalable processors and keep DIMMs of the same type and rank in each channel.
