Option 00YC395 is the 480GB Enterprise Entry SATA G3HS 2.5" SSD from Lenovo's PM863 family, feature code AT8T, with SBB 00YC397.
The PM863 product guide quotes the 480GB drive at 700 TB written (0.8 drive writes per day for five years), 99,000 read and 17,000 write IOPS, 525 MBps read and 460 MBps write sequential, and 2.9 W read / 3.8 W write power on 6 Gbps SATA. Lenovo uses this size as its worked example for endurance planning.
It is a read-oriented drive with more endurance than the 0.3 DWPD S3510 Entry drives, at a similar class position.
Lenovo lists support in the x3500 M5, x3550 M5 (5463 and 8869), x3650 M5 (5462 and 8871), x3850 X6/x3950 X6 (6241), NeXtScale nx360 M5 and Flex System x240 M5 and x280/x480/x880 X6; the options guide also lists the x3100 M5 and x3250 M6 with eight 2.5-inch bays each.
Fit check: G3HS 2.5-inch bays only. 00YC385 is the 120GB PM863 on the same tray, and 00YC420 is the 960GB PM863 for 3.5-inch bays.
