NXA-PAC-650W-PE is the exhaust-airflow version of Cisco's N9000 650W AC power supply. Cisco orders it as "Cisco N9000 650W AC PS, port-side exhaust".
Cisco's FX3 power-supply compatibility table places it on the N9K-C93180YC-FX3 together with the PI twin, two 930W DC supplies (NXA-PDC-930W-PE and -PI) and the N9K-PUV-1200W, which works in both airflow directions. The 93180YC-FX3 is a 1RU leaf with 48 SFP28 downlinks at 1, 10 or 25 Gbps and 6 QSFP28 uplinks at 40 or 100 Gbps, taking up to two supplies.
An exhaust supply pushes air out through the port side of the switch. Cisco gives the weight of the 650W unit as 2.42 lb (1.1 kg).
Fit check: the replacement should carry the same PE letter as the fans and the other supply in the switch. For intake builds, use the NXA-PAC-650W-PI; for DC power, the NXA-PDC-930W-PE. The Cisco Nexus hub lists the FX3 switches.
