P02510-B21 is the Intel Xeon-Gold 6242 (2.8GHz/16-core/150W) Processor Kit for HPE ProLiant DL380 Gen10, as listed in HPE's DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs and in PartSurfer. PartSurfer shows the kit's parts as the processor (P11616-001), a high performance heat sink (875071-001) and a standard fan module (875075-001).
Intel lists the Xeon Gold 6242 with 16 cores and 32 threads, a 2.80 GHz base and 3.90 GHz maximum turbo frequency, 22 MB of cache and a 150 W TDP. It is a 14 nm Cascade Lake part launched in Q2 2019 for socket FCLGA3647, with three UPI links, support for up to four sockets, six DDR4-2933 memory channels, up to 1 TB of memory and 48 PCIe lanes.
In the DL380 Gen10 QuickSpecs the 6242 sits in the 2nd Generation Xeon Scalable table, with three UPI links at 10.4 GT/s, DDR4 at 2933 MT/s and 1 TB of memory per socket. HPE's rule is that processors of 130 W TDP or more ship with the High Performance heatsink, which fits the heat sink in this kit. HPE also listed a DL380 Gen10 server build with one Xeon Gold 6242 and 32 GB of 2933 MT/s memory.
Fit check: the kit brings its own high performance heat sink, as HPE specifies for processors of this TDP.
