The non-Platinum 715 W AC power supply for the Catalyst 9300 family. Cisco's hardware guide lists it for the C9300 and C9300L switches. It is not listed for the C9300X; those models need the Platinum PWR-C1-715WAC-P, and the C9300LM uses separate PWR-C6 supplies.
Input is autoranging from 100 to 240 VAC. Like the other C1 modules it is hot-swappable and has an internal fan, with AC OK and PS OK status LEDs.
Cisco's PoE tables list it together with the -P version, so either delivers the same budget on PoE+ switches such as the C9300-48P: 437 W from one supply, 787 W with a 350 W second unit. Platinum, Titanium and non-certified supplies can share one switch, so a non-Platinum unit can pair with a Platinum one. For buyers who want the higher efficiency rating, Cisco also lists the PWR-C1-715WAC-UP Platinum upgrade.
Practical points from Cisco's guide: keep both bays filled with a supply or a blank, do not leave a bay open for more than 90 seconds while the switch runs, and in full PoE mode expect powered devices to shut down if one supply is pulled and the load exceeds what remains.
Siblings: the PWR-C1-1100WAC is the 1100 W non-Platinum module for UPOE models, and the PWR-C1-715WDC is the 715 W DC version.
