Feature code BQ1S (option 4XB7A82262) is the ThinkSystem 2.5-inch 5400 PRO 3.84TB Read Intensive SATA 6Gb hot-swap SSD. Lenovo Press identifies it as the Micron 5400 PRO, maker part MTFDDAK3T8TGA-1BC16ABLA, a 7 mm-high drive in a hot-swap tray with TCG Enterprise self-encryption.
Lenovo rates it at 1.5 drive writes per day (10,512 TB written), with 95,000 random read and 30,000 random write IOPS (4 KB) and 540 MBps read and 520 MBps write sequential throughput. Operating temperature is 0 to 70 C.
It has unusually wide server support in Lenovo's matrix, from the first ThinkSystem generation (SR630, SR650, SR530, SR550, SR570, SR590, ST550, SR950) through V2 (SR630 V2, SR650 V2, ST650 V2, SR850 V2) and V3 (SR630 V3, SR650 V3, SR645 V3, SR665 V3, ST650 V3) to the SR630 V4, SR650 V4 and SR650a V4. Siblings in the 2.5-inch hot-swap line are 1.92TB 4XB7A82261 (BQ1X) and 7.68TB 4XB7A82263 (BQ1T); Lenovo lists separate 7mm-tray versions, such as the 3.84TB 4XB7A82268 (BR12).
Lenovo Press shows this option as withdrawn. To confirm fit, check the server is on Lenovo's list and that it needs the standard 2.5-inch hot-swap tray rather than the 7mm tray.
